Job summary

NSEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for an Operations Support Engineer to join a high‑visibility ProdOps team. The role focuses on ensuring operational readiness for new features, coordinating issue resolution, and delivering dashboards to monitor performance and risks.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, policy leads and support teams to drive stable launches and continuous process improvements across ProdOps.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a technical business analyst or product operations specialist.
• Strong understanding of data flows, backend processes, databases and APIs.
• Ability to break down complex systems into clear user journeys and steps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, engineers, policy leads and support teams to ensure operational readiness for new features and launches.
• Triage, investigate and coordinate resolution of production issues with root-cause analysis and SLA adherence.
• Manage backlog of ProdOps issues with categorisation, prioritisation and reporting to management.
• Scope, implement and maintain dashboards to track helpdesk performance and operational metrics.
• Establish feedback loops between customer experience teams and technical stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Improve and maintain internal tools, workflows and SOPs including JIRA and escalation frameworks.
