Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore seeks a technical business analyst/product operations specialist to ensure operational readiness for new features and launches. You will triage production issues, analyze data flows, and coordinate cross‑functional remediation within SLAs.

You will manage ProdOps backlogs, build dashboards, and create clear documentation for approvals while fostering strong feedback loops across teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a technical business analyst or product operations specialist in a tech or systems‑driven environment.
• Strong understanding of data flows, backend processes, databases, APIs, and system architecture.
• Comfort using SQL to investigate issues and support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, engineers, policy leads, partner agencies, system owners, and helpdesk teams to ensure readiness for new features, launches, and post-launch support.
• Triage and coordinate resolution of production issues, analyze user impact, review data flows, and work with teams on root causes.
• Manage the backlog of ProdOps issues: logging, categorisation, impact, prioritisation, follow‑ups, and reporting.
• Scope, implement, and maintain dashboards to track helpdesk performance, production issues, backlog, and operational metrics.
• Prepare documentation for operational approvals, including data patches, production fixes, risk acceptance, and exceptions.
• Establish feedback loops between customer experience, helpdesk, product, tech, and policy teams to drive improvements.
• Improve and maintain internal tools, workflows, SOPs, ticketing, and governance processes.
• Map data flows, user journeys, dependencies, risks, and issues across systems, including identity data.
• Maintain timely updates to product documentation by product operations and engineering.
