Job summary

Breakfast At Fluffy's Pte. Ltd. seeks an Operations & AI Automation Coordinator to streamline daily workflows and implement Generative AI tools. You will manage digital brand presence and drive local sales engagement, with a view to leadership as expansion plans unfold.

The role includes 6 months of on-the-job training and a fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and cross-functional collaboration. This position offers growth toward operations leadership as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic familiarity with primary social media platforms (IG, TikTok, Facebook).
• Highly organized, proactive and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in growing into an autonomous management role as the business scales.
• NB: This position includes 6 months of On-the-Job training.

Responsibilities

• Support operations manager to streamline daily workflows and automate tools.
• Plan, create, edit and schedule social content to boost brand visibility.
• Manage inbound inquiries, track sales pipelines and assist campaigns.
• Document SOPs and prepare for multi-outlet expansion.
