Job summary

Sunway Intgen Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive, entry‑level operations candidate to handle day‑to‑day admin and HR tasks while learning how processes work and where AI can help. You’ll start by supporting onboarding, offboarding, records, scheduling and vendor coordination.

Then you’ll design and build agentic AI workflows with our engineers, turn projects into internal case studies, and assist on client transformations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline; Business, Information Systems, CS, HR or similar fields are a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in AI tools demonstrated by projects or experiments.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Comfort handling confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily admin and HR tasks (onboarding/offboarding, leave processing, records, scheduling, vendor coordination).
• Coordinate with payroll and service providers for statutory matters (CPF, IR8A) with accuracy and timeliness.
• Document processes clearly: steps, participants, decisions, exceptions, pain points.
• Design and build agentic AI workflows with engineers; automate tasks like onboarding checklists and intake forms.
• Build human review steps for legally sensitive tasks and track results to improve workflows.
