Job summary

AIKIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Product Operations Manager to oversee internal systems, digital platforms, and operational workflows, collaborating with business development, operations, customer service, and engineering to optimize processes and user experience.

The role requires a hands-on problem solver who can bridge business requirements with technical solutions and drive continuous product improvements, including automation and AI-driven enhancements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Product Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in product operations, product management, business analysis, or related roles.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms, or internal systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical product requirements.
• Familiarity with PRDs, user flows, UAT, and product development processes.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in AI tools, workflow automation, and technology-driven business solutions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize internal systems, including CRM, ERP, partner portals, and operational management platforms.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend system or workflow improvements.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support product launches, feature enhancements, and system implementation.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear product specifications and improvement plans.
• Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to coordinate product development and implementation.
• Assist in preparing product requirement documents (PRDs), user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot system issues, and follow up on product improvements.
• Analyze operational data and product performance to support business decisions.
• Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and internal processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven solutions to improve productivity.
• Prepare product performance reports and provide recommendations to management.
