Job summary

You will work closely with the founder across the full business cycle—from finding customers and closing contracts to delivering projects and building AI workflows.

The ideal candidate is proficient with AI tools, fluent in English, entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to communicate with business owners and executives.

Qualifications

• Already excellent at AI with multiple tools and projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Commercially curious and comfortable communicating with business owners and senior executives.
• Independent, organised and willing to take ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business: Identify prospects, research opportunities, conduct outreach, develop pitches and help close new clients.
• Execute client work: Use AI to research, write, design and produce marketing content, campaigns, presentations and other deliverables.
• Manage clients and projects: Own client relationships, coordinate delivery and ensure high-quality work.
• Build AI workflows: Experiment with new tools, automate processes and improve service delivery.
• Help run the business: Involve in pricing, proposals and day-to-day operations.
