Sunway Intgen Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive, entry‑level operations candidate to handle day‑to‑day admin and HR tasks while learning how processes work and where AI can help. You’ll start by supporting onboarding, offboarding, records, scheduling and vendor coordination.
Then you’ll design and build agentic AI workflows with our engineers, turn projects into internal case studies, and assist on client transformations.

This role is not a typical admin job. You'll start byrunning our day-to-day admin and HR operations, so you learn how each process really works, including the exceptions, the paperwork and the people involved. Then you'll design and build agentic AI workflows to automate that work, with support from our engineering team.
As your internal projects mature, you'll turn them into case studies and join client projects. There you'll help corporate clients find, design and roll out similar transformations in their own operations.

Handle daily admin and HR tasks, including onboarding and offboarding, leave and claims processing, employee records, scheduling, vendor coordination, and general office administration.
Coordinate with our external payroll and corporate service providers to make sure statutory matters (such as CPF and IR8A) are handled accurately and on time.
Document every process clearly: the steps, who is involved,decision points, exceptions and pain points.
Find tasks that can be automated, and rank them by value,risk and effort.
Design and build AI agents and workflows for those tasks,such as onboarding checklists, leave and claims intake, document handling andan internal policy Q&A assistant. You'll do this together with ourengineers.
Build in human review for anything with legal, financial or sensitive consequences.
Handle personal data responsibly, in line with the PDPA and our internal access controls.
Track results such as time saved, error rates and user adoption, and keep improving the workflows based on feedback.
Write internal case studies and demos based on what you'vebuilt.
Support our solution team on client projects with processdiscovery, workflow mapping, user testing and change management.
A diploma or degree in any discipline. Business, InformationSystems, Computer Science, HR or similar fields are a plus.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Youenjoy making messy processes clear.
A real interest in AI tools, shown by projects, coursework,hackathons, side experiments or anything else you've built or tried.
Clear written and spoken communication in English.
Comfort with handling confidential information discreetly.
Experience with automation or AI tools, such as workflow platforms (n8n, Zapier, Power Automate), LLM tools or APIs, or basic scripting(Python or JavaScript).
Internship or part-time experience in admin, HR or operations.
Basic knowledge of Singapore employment practices(Employment Act, CPF, leave entitlements).
No prior full-time experience is required. We care more about how you think and learn than about your CV.
