Transmedic Group is seeking a field-based ophthalmology sales professional to provide on-site clinical support to healthcare professionals and drive uptake of innovative treatment paradigms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to grow the ophthalmology business within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will have a 1–2 year background, strong interpersonal skills, excellent MS Office proficiency, and a degree in Optical/Optometry/Ophthalmology or Life Sciences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in optical/eye care or life sciences.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Good inter-personal and communication skills.
• Excellent computer literacy and MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• On-site support to healthcare professionals.
• Drive uptake of new treatment paradigms in Ophthalmology with cross-functional teams.
• Optimise and manage ophthalmology business in the territory to meet sales targets.
• Prepare clear and competitive commercial offers (quotations) within deadlines.
• Regularly monitor debtor status and coordinate with Finance for timely collections.
• Provide clinical support to ophthalmic practices and assist with outcomes analysis.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate sales activities and ensure proper processes.
• Maintain customer data and report to Sales Manager and Country Manager.
