Transmedic, part of EBOS Med Tech, delivers leading medical devices to healthcare providers across Asia. The role involves training health professionals, providing post-sales support, and gathering market feedback to shape sales strategies.

Ideal candidates hold a nursing/biomedical/science degree, may travel overseas, and bring strong communication, multitasking, and critical thinking skills. Fresh graduates are welcome; weekend overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or Medical Technology or Science.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to travel overseas.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Melayu will be an advantage.
• Able to work overtime as and when required (includes weekends).
• Meticulous and detailed-orientated.
• Self-started and able to multitask.
• Aptitude to develop a clinical knowledge base and learn on the job.
• Critical thinker.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Relay feedback from buyers on sales factors affecting sales performance to improve sales target development.
• Monitor competitor landscape and customer demand to provide market intelligence for strategy development.
• Explain technical nuances as well as pros and cons of various solutions that appeal to KOLs' technical requirements.
• Identify responses that can minimise negative impact and address buyers' dissatisfaction of goods.
• Provide post-sales support on technical nuances related to product and/or product offerings as well as inventory management.
• Organise and conduct training sessions - perform on-site and on-the-job training on the principal's products to health professionals in hospitals.
