Job summary

Transmedic Group is seeking a committed ophthalmic sales professional to drive uptake of new treatment paradigms and grow the ophthalmology business in the assigned territory.

You will provide clinical support to ophthalmic practices, analyse needs, prepare competitive quotations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service. Fresh graduates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Optical/Optometry/Ophthalmology/Medical Science/Life Science or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Drive uptake of new treatment paradigms in Ophthalmic care with cross-functional colleagues.
• Optimise and grow Ophthalmology business in the territory using insights and planning to meet sales targets.
• Prepare accurate, clear quotations to increase profitability within deadlines.
• Regularly monitor debtors and coordinate with Finance for timely collections.
• Provide clinical support to ophthalmic practices and assess their needs to improve surgical outcomes.
• Maintain customer data and follow up on orders and payments, ensuring good relationships with clients.
