Sales & Application Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales and Application Specialist to support the growth and adoption of our client's portfolio within the ophthalmology segment. This role is responsible for driving sales, providing clinical and technical support, and delivering application training to surgeons, ophthalmic staff, and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of portfolio products by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
• Provide product demonstrations, clinical application training, and on-site support during surgical procedures and installations.
• Collaborate with KOLs and surgeons to facilitate clinical acceptance and optimal use of refractive systems.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales support, including workflow optimization and clinical troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service reports.

Requirements

• Minimally 1-2 year experience in the ophthalmology/optometry space. Clinical Opticians, Opticians are welcomed.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
