Job summary

Majeton Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Medical Sales Representative to deepen relationships with ophthalmology, dermatology and gynaecology specialists and to run the full commercial cycle for our specialty biologics in Singapore.

You will use CRM data to prioritise activity and drive account growth while supporting in-market launches and stakeholder engagement. You will interact with regional teams, attend conferences and CME events, and mentor colleagues as we scale, with a clear pathway toward

Qualifications

3–5 years of sales or marketing experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
Experience selling into ophthalmology, dermatology and/or gynaecology.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life/Biological Sciences, Medical Technology or related field.
Comfort with CRM and sales-intelligence tools; use data to decide where to spend time.
Direct experience carrying a product through launch.
Ambitious to grow into regional sales leadership.

Responsibilities

Build and deepen relationships with ophthalmology, dermatology and gynaecology specialists to act as a clinical partner.
Run the full commercial cycle for our specialty biologics from detailing to account growth using CRM data.
Take a lead role in in-market product launches and shaping how a therapy is introduced to Singapore’s market.
Represent the company at conferences, CME events and KOL engagements, feeding insights back to strategy.
Partner with regional teams on launches and projects to build leadership track record.
Mentor and help build the team as we scale; roles are prepared for future people leadership.
