Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking Operator x 10 for a manufacturing role at Pioneer MRT. You will follow instructions, operate machinery, read schematics, ensure quality, and maintain clean work areas. Training will be provided and incentives accompany base salary.

The package includes a monthly incentive, transportation allowance, AWS 13th salary, a 15% quarterly bonus, and a $3k sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, with 5 working days per week.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
• Basic understanding of data analysis. Demonstrate knowledge with computer systems.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.

Basic Salary: $ 1,900 + Monthly Incentive Allowance: $ 90 + Transportation Allowance: $ 80 + AWS 13th Salary + Quarterly Bonus 15% of Annual Salary +Sign on bonus $ 3k(Paid at $ 250 per month over 12 months)
