Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and reliable Operators to join our operations team. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided. This role is suitable for individuals who are comfortable with shift work and light physical tasks in a structured, air-conditioned environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Shift Allowance:

  • Permanent Day Shift: S$9 per day

  • Permanent Night Shift: S$20 per night

• Completion Bonus: S$300 – S$600 (subject to contract completion)

• Career Progression: Yearly increments available for employees who transition into permanent roles

Working Hours

• Regular Working Days: Monday to Thursday

  • 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM

• Overtime (OT): Friday to Sunday
