Process
  • Start up, Operate, Monitor and Shut Down Process and Utility Systems.
  • Monitor and Maintain Marine and Cargo Operations.
  • Prepare the Marine Engine Room or Aft Machinery Space and Utility Systems for start-up.
Perform Maintenance Activities
  • Isolate and reinstate the Marine Engine Room or Aft Machinery Space and Utility Systems for Maintenance.
  • Promote safety awareness and application of the Management System regarding immediate safety of personnel (PTW / Risk Assessments / Inspections).
  • Assist maintenance operations by applying/removing isolations as required.
  • Maintain clear and precise communications during maintenance operations.
Monitor and Maintain Pollution Control Measures
  • Ensure that any controlled process discharges from the area of responsibility to the environment are within prescribed limits.
  • Ensure that unplanned discharges are identified, halted where possible, and reported according to policy, procedure and regulation.
  • Maintain clear and precise communications during maintenance operations.
Manage & Supervise Effectively
  • Coordinate activities and resources across teams or shifts.
  • Record and report on personnel development/appraisals and competence assessments as required.
  • Create and maintain effective working relationships.
Emergency Response
  • Demonstrate competence in Emergency Response drills and exercises.
  • Carry out the Emergency Response role (See Station Bill).
Requirements
  1. Willing to undertake both onshore and offshore assignments as required.
  2. Able to complete assigned rotations or projects fully and remain for the entire assignment period.
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in onshore and/or offshore roles within the oil & gas industry.
  4. Hands-on experience in maintenance and operations activities.
  5. Physically fit to work in onshore and offshore environments.
