Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking two Executives to join our Operations and Workshop teams. Successful candidates will be assigned to either the Operations Department or Workshop Department based on experience and strengths, to support day-to-day activities and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Nitec or equivalent is required.
• Experience in operations, logistics, transport, automotive, workshop, crane or heavy-equipment industries is advantageous.
• Good communication and coordination skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of the assigned department.
• Assist in job deployment, scheduling and work arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, sales personnel, customers, drivers, operators and workshop personnel on job requirements and operational matters.
• Follow up on job progress, repair/maintenance status and other outstanding matters.
• Liaise between the Operations and Workshop Departments on vehicle/equipment availability, breakdowns, repairs and job requirements.
• Prepare and submit required documents and applications, including crane documents, LM renewal, HDB material lists, site entry passes and other site/customer-required submissions.
• Attend to incoming calls, enquiries and urgent operational requests.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the department.
• Prepare and submit claims for outfield workers and operators, where applicable.
• Maintain and update job, operational, workshop and other relevant records.
• Assist the Department Manager in preparing reports and following up on departmental matters.
