Job summary

Premier Automotive Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead the workshop team and optimize service delivery for preventive and corrective maintenance.

You will oversee operations, monitor KPI, and coordinate with customers on O&A jobs, costing, and monthly reporting. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in service operations within automotive settings, a Diploma in Mechanical/Engineering or related fields, and strong leadership, communication and technical skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous
• Diploma in Mechanical or Engineering disciplines or Business Administration with minimum 3 years' experience in service operations and technical analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workshop team to fulfil Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
• Monitor training currency for all staff (Work with Trainer)
• Manage the monthly KPI
• Liaise with customers for any O&A jobs
• Manage monthly costing
• Submission of Monthly Report
• Work with ESD for all EC & STI jobs
• Attend monthly CEN meeting (Roll as Secretary & slide presentation)
• Attend to all customer requests
• Manage staff OT
• Conduc> SODB
• Manage MSD clearance for staff
• Any other duties as assigned
