Responsibilities

• Operational Risk Management: support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational risks across banking operations and processes.
• Process Improvement: assist in reviewing existing workflows and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and control effectiveness.
• Automation Initiatives: support process enhancement and system automation projects that streamline manual activities and improve operational effectiveness.
• Data Analysis: analyse operational data, trends, and performance metrics to identify insights and support decision-making.
• Risk & Control Reviews: assist in evaluating process risks, control gaps, and operational inefficiencies, and support the development of practical recommendations.
• Project Support: participate in operational improvement and transformation projects, including planning, testing, implementation, and monitoring activities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with stakeholders across business and support functions to gather requirements, understand operational challenges, and support improvement initiatives.
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on operational risk, quality management, and service improvement initiatives as assigned
