Job summary

Temasek Polytechnic in Singapore is seeking an Operations & Systems Administrator to support the Student Internship Programme (SIP), enhance operational efficiency, and drive digital improvements across multiple platforms.

You will liaise with schools, maintain SIP dashboards, generate MOE reports, and assist with testing and deployment of new SIP systems, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in business administration, data analytics, information systems or related discipline.
• Experience in operations, systems administration, project coordination, or service delivery.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and system administration to SIP and digital platforms.
• Gather requirements from schools and update SOPs and guidelines.
• Maintain SIP resources, dashboards, and digital repositories.
• Prepare internship statistics and management reports for MOE and TP.
• Develop and maintain communication materials and engage stakeholders.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
