Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide operational support and system administration to SIP, dashboards, and digital platforms.
Liaise with schools to gather requirements and feedback; update SOPs and reference materials.
Maintain SIP resources and prepare internship statistics and management reports.
Develop and maintain communication materials and digital platforms for stakeholder engagement.
Support testing, UAT, implementation and post-implementation support of SIP systems.
