Job summary

Temasek Polytechnic is seeking a Project Manager for the Enterprise Student Systems Department. You will lead end-to-end delivery, develop business cases and delivery plans, and establish governance across multiple projects.

You will coordinate across business users, technology teams, vendors and procurement to ensure successful implementation and transition. You will also support roadmap planning, backlog management and continuous improvement of digital products, while monitoring budgets, risks

Qualifications

Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in technology project management, IT delivery or PMO operations.
Experience with enterprise systems, digital platforms, system integration, testing and service transition.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Visio, or equivalents.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Student Systems projects from initiation to closure.
Develop business cases, delivery plans, budgets and resource plans aligned with outcomes.
Establish governance, templates, stage gates and reporting across projects.
Coordinate across users, technology teams, vendors, procurement, finance and management.
Support roadmap planning, backlog management and continuous improvement of systems.
Manage vendor performance, procurement activities and contract-related tasks.
Support budget planning, forecasting and financial reporting for projects.
