Job summary

Singapore Management University is seeking a seasoned professional to own and manage campus process-improvement projects, driving end-to-end enhancements across multiple stakeholders. The role includes overseeing the Student Hiring System, developing SOPs, and training users to ensure smooth operations.

You will work with IT and departments to implement new workflows, while maintaining system governance and delivering actionable reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
• Experience in creating databases and dashboards.
• Experience working with enterprise systems and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to lead projects, work independently but also as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as business owner and project manager for improvement projects identified.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and actualize process optimization.
• Oversee system development and liaise with the Student Hiring System vendor.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for on-campus hiring and payment processes.
• Create system guides and FAQs for users.
• Manage system onboarding and day-to-day administration, including account setup and rights.
• Coordinate with IT and departments to implement new workflows in the system.
• Educate users through briefings, training and consultations.
• Respond to system queries from stakeholders.
• Escalate system issues to IT/vendor and collect change requests.
• Support reporting for university-wide on-campus work activities.
