Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented contract Operations Associate in Singapore. You will execute SOPs across billing, meter data, and platform configuration, supporting finance operations and data workflows.

You will validate data, manage reports, and handle service tickets in Jira and ServiceNow, while assisting with onboarding, provisioning, and scripting tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience; entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic SQL and Excel skills for simple queries, data checks, and reconciliation.
• Exposure to APIs / Postman and basic scripting.
• Familiarity with monitoring or automation tools such as Grafana or Jenkins.
• Exposure to Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticket-management systems.
• Basic understanding of cloud concepts, JSON/XML, NoSQL or time-series databases such as Cassandra.

Responsibilities

• Execute SOPs across billing, meter data, and platform configuration.
• Support billing & finance operations, upload invoices, and trigger payments via internal tools.
• Process meter and time-series data, apply adjustments, and backfill missing data.
• Validate data outputs using dashboards and spreadsheets before finalization.
• Handle service tickets in Jira / CES boards and ServiceNow.
• Assist with meter & facility configuration and onboarding new premises.
• Generate and manage reports, ensuring outputs are correct.
• Assist with account administration and provisioning scripts under supervision.
• Run predefined scripts and scheduled jobs via Jenkins.
• Document work with validation evidence for audit and handover.
• Follow maker-checker controls for high-risk tasks and escalate when needed.
