Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level IT/Operations Analyst in Singapore to handle billing, meter data, and platform configuration tasks.

The role involves data validation, reporting, and service-ticket management using Jira, CES, and ServiceNow. Fresh graduates are welcome; basic SQL and Excel are required, with learning opportunities in APIs and scripting. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, timely reconciliations, and accurate configuration across meters

Responsibilities

• Execute operational tasks across billing, meter data, and platform configuration as per SOPs.
• Support billing and finance activities, including invoice uploads, payment processing, and reconciliations.
• Process, adjust, backfill, estimate, and validate meter and time-series data.
• Monitor data quality and validate outputs using dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Manage and resolve service tickets through Jira, CES, and ServiceNow.
• Support meter, facility, project, measuring-point, and hierarchy configuration.
• Generate, upload, regenerate, and validate operational reports.
• Assist with user account administration and predefined provisioning scripts.
• Execute approved scripts and scheduled jobs following procedures.
• Maintain operational documentation, evidence, logs, and audit records.
• Follow maker-checker controls for high-risk changes and database activities.
• Identify and elevate complex or high-risk issues to senior engineers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic SQL — able to read and run simple queries (or eager to learn on the job).
• Comfort with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) for data checking and reconciliation.
• Basic familiarity with APIs and tools such as Postman, or willingness to learn how to trigger and verify API calls.
• Some exposure to scripting (any language) and a logical, methodical approach to following technical steps.
• Confidence using web-based tools and dashboards, and the ability to learn internal platforms and systems quickly.
