Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dedicated facilities and school operations assistant to ensure a clean and safe environment and to support daily campus operations.

You will assist with event logistics, opening/closing routines, and safety activities to keep school operations running smoothly. This is a contracted role for 2027 with rotating Monday–Friday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of school facilities and environment to ensure a safe and welcoming space
• Support daily operational tasks such as opening and closing the school to facilitate smooth school functioning
• Provide logistical support for routine and ad hoc school events by transporting and arranging furniture and equipment efficiently
• Assist in safety, security, and crisis preparedness activities, including arming and disarming the school alarm system and promptly reporting faults in school premises
• Perform any other relevant duties assigned to support school operations effectively

Working Hours & Shift Details

• Service is required from Mondays to Fridays on a weekly rotating shift schedule (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break):
  • Mondays to Thursdays:
    • Shift 1: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Shift 2: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Fridays:
    • Shift 1: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
    • Shift 2: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Off Days: Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted Public Holidays (No service required).
  Contract Period: From 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027
