Job summary

IET PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable team member to help maintain the cleanliness and readiness of school facilities. You will assist with daily opening/closing operations and provide logistical support for events and activities.

The role requires effective English communication, physical fitness for manual tasks, and the ability to work well in a team under tight timelines. Some shifts include early mornings and variable hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of school premises and facilities.
• Assist with opening/closing operations.

• Support safety and security tasks, including alarm operations and fault reporting.

Job Scope

• Maintain general cleanliness and upkeep of school premises and facilities.
• Assist with daily school opening and closing operations.
• Provide logistical support for school events and activities.
• Transport, arrange and set up furniture and equipment.
• Support school safety and security activities, including alarm operations and reporting faults.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in cleaning, logistics or simple administrative duties.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Physically fit to perform operational and manual tasks.
• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good coordination skills and ability to work under tight timelines are an advantage.

Working Hours

• Mondays to Thursdays: Shift 1 - (6:30am to 4:00pm) or Shift 2 - (9:00am to 6:30pm), inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: Shift 1 (6:30am to 3:30pm) or Shift 2 (9:30am to 6:30pm), inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
