Job summary

PESTBUSTERS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Client Success/Operations professional to plan and deploy daily manpower, coordinate schedules, and ensure service excellence while upholding ISO 9001 standards.

You will act as the primary contact for clients within your zone, handle complaints, manage billing tasks, and collaborate with Area Managers to hit KPIs, with opportunities to contribute to quality management and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pest control or related service industries.
• Diploma or tertiary qualification preferred.
• Familiarity with Autocad and ERP systems is an advantage.
• License: NEA Vector Control Operator (VCO) is a bonus.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deploy daily manpower resources according to weekly schedules
• Coordinate both contractual and ad hoc job schedules as part of the Client Success department
• Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and external quality standards (including ISO 9001 QMS)
• Handle and resolve customer complaints via phone and email; conduct follow-up service calls or visits to ensure satisfaction
• Serve as the Quality Management Representative to maintain ISO compliance
• Act as the Single Point of Contact for clients within the assigned zone
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely resolutions
• Execute billing-related activities
• Collaborate with Area Managers to meet operational KPIs
• Handle administrative tasks alongside other team members
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior

  Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pest control or a related service industry

  • Possession of a valid NEA Vector Control Operator (VCO) license is a bonus
