Job summary

ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics and warehouse support role at Gul Circle, Singapore. Basic salary up to SGD 3,500 monthly, with transport provided by the company.

Monday to Friday, office hours. Must hold a valid forklift license to handle materials and operate equipment. The role involves coordinating day-to-day logistics, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting the team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on operational and logistics matters.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and implementing process improvements.
• Support the Manager in managing and improving overall logistics activities.
• Ensure operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and other operational projects.
