Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team in daily operations at our Singapore West site.

The role involves planning manpower, coordinating receiving, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management with 2-3 years of experience; 3PL experience and forklift certification are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management is required.
• 2-3 years working experience is required.
• Experience with 3PL is advantageous.
• Candidates with Forklift certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse team in daily operations.
• Plan daily manpower and work allocation.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through stock checks and stock takes.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse team members.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Education

Diploma in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management

Job description

Working Hours: 5 Days AM Shift / 4-3-3-4, (8pm - 8am)

Salary: Up to 3800

Location: West
