Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applications for a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator role based at Gul Circle. The position operates Monday to Friday, with basic salary up to SGD 3,500 and AWS plus allowances.

You will coordinate daily logistics, lead warehouse staff, manage receiving, storage and inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement through the Business Excellence Program. Forklift license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid forklift license.
• Experience in logistics coordination.
• Experience leading warehouse staff.

• Coordinate daily logistics, handle SOPs, and resolve customer issues.
• Lead, support, and mentor warehouse staff; improve workflows.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and security of goods.
• Participate in Business Excellence to boost productivity and quality.

Job Scope:

• Logistics Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to handle daily logistics queries, SOP implementation, operational topics, customer complaints, and claims resolution.

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, support, and mentor warehouse staff; optimize daily workflows; resolve operational issues; and ensure access to required tools and training.

• Warehouse Management: Oversee end-to-end receiving, storage, inventory maintenance, and physical security of all goods and equipment.

• Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the company’s Business Excellence Program to drive operational productivity, quality control, and process optimization.
