Job summary

StaffKing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, guide the warehouse team, and ensure accurate stock handling. The role involves supervising receiving, picking, packing and dispatch, and coordinating with logistics partners to maintain smooth flow.

Candidate should have 1–2 years in warehouse roles, possess a valid forklift license, and be comfortable working overtime. Reach truck experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Lead and manage the warehouse team to allocate manpower and complete tasks on time.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement and records; investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe and compliant warehouse environment.
• Train staff on SOPs, safety procedures and proper handling of goods.
• Operate forklift and assist with material movement when needed.
• Liaise with internal departments and suppliers for smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Lead and manage the warehouse team, ensuring manpower is effectively allocated and daily tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement and warehouse records, and investigate any discrepancies.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities and ensure goods are handled and stored properly.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised and compliant with workplace safety requirements.
• Train and guide warehouse staff on SOPs, safety procedures and proper handling of goods.
• Operate forklift and assist with material movement within the warehouse when required.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and delivery teams to ensure smooth warehouse and logistics operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in leading and supervising warehouse staff.
• Possess a valid Forklift Licence and able to operate a forklift safely.
• Experience operating Reach Truck is an advantage.
• Able to handle receiving, picking, packing, loading, unloading, and stock management.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work overtime when required.
