Job summary

ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent logistics assistant to support and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations at the West location in Singapore.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and strict alignment with customer requirements. Responsibilities include guiding the team, resolving operational issues, implementing process improvements, and assisting the Manager to drive overall logistics performance while ensuring compliance with company

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid forklift license.
• 44 hours per week.
• Basic up to S$3,500 salary.
• Location: West, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on operational and logistics matters.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and implementing process improvements.
• Support the Manager in managing and improving overall logistics activities.
• Ensure operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and other operational projects.
