Job summary

UEMS Group is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee hospital portering activities and daily staff deployment. You will assist the Manager, conduct daily roll-calls, and ensure staff are properly attired and groomed for each shift.

The role requires at least 2 years in operations and team leadership, with strong interpersonal skills to liaise with on-site clients, end users, and internal departments. A hands-on, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Operations and leading a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reports and presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in daily Portering activities in the Hospital.
• Conduct daily roll-call and ensure staff are attired and groomed.
• Supervise and assess work performance on a daily deployment basis.
• Ensure timely completion of planned schedules and maintain records.
• Handle feedbacks and complaints and update the Manager.
• Respond to user requests promptly and update upon completion.
• Assist in preparation of monthly reports and operating budgets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Superior.
