Job summary

UEMS Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a porter/ward attendant to support patient transport within the hospital environment in Singapore. You will assist in moving patients on trolleys to wards and between hospitals, and help with ambulance transfers as needed.

The role requires basic education, good communication, and the ability to use mobile apps to receive assignments. Training on safety and care protocols will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum PSLE/N Level, able to commit on the job scope as assigned.
• Able to know how to use mobile applications to attain job assignments by the controller.
• Good in communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Portering duties: assist in transporting and transferring patients on trolley to wards and to other hospitals.
• Assist in receiving and transferring patients from/to the ambulance.
• Assist fall risk patients on and off wheelchairs.
• Send patients to ancillary departments for treatment/examination.
• Accompany patients to allied health departments for treatment/examination.
• Send and collect equipment/specimens/blood/x-ray films/case records from allied health/ancillary departments.
• Involved in mortuary duties.
• Any other relevant duties as assigned by the Superior.
