Job summary

D L Resources Pte Ltd is actively seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support a growing client portfolio spanning Big Tech, Banks and MNCs. You will lead the full recruitment cycle and manage contract staffing services with a focus on IT and corporate roles.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, end-to-end hiring capabilities, and experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to build talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a recruitment agency setting.
• Experience in IT, banking, or corporate placements is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Singapore labor laws (MOM, TAFEP, TADM) preferred.
• CEI certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with ATS and HR tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT, banking and corporate roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networks, and events.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to clients.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate onboarding, contract staffing, and compliance with regulations.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness.
