Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably IT/banking.
• Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws (MOM, TAFEP, TADM).
• Experience in agency recruitment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT, banking, and corporate roles across levels.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with client hiring managers to define job requirements and timelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to clients.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring effectiveness.
