Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a related discipline.
• Prior experience in HR administration, HR operations or recruitment coordination will be an advantage.
• Good organisational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling confidential employee information and HR documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with different stakeholders.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR Service Delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient HR support to employees and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate end-to-end interview arrangements, including scheduling interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidates, and managing interview logistics.
• Assist with pre-employment activities, including reference checks and follow-up on employment documentation.
• Manage HR administrative processes, including preparation and issuance of staff passes and other relevant employment-related documents.
• Maintain and update employee personnel records, ensuring accurate data entry and proper documentation in HR systems.
• Provide administrative and coordination support across various HR functions, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes.
• Respond to HR-related enquiries and provide timely assistance to employees and stakeholders.
• Support other HR operational activities and ad-hoc projects as required.
