About the Role

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Banking & Technology Recruiter to join our fast-growing recruitment and workforce solutions team.

This role sits at the intersection of talent acquisition, client advisory, and market intelligence , supporting both:

• Contract Staffing (Employer-of-Record model)
• Direct Client Placements (Permanent hires / Headhunting)

You will play a critical role in bridging top-tier talent with leading financial institutions and technology firms , while contributing to business growth through strategic recruitment and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Delivery (High-Volume Recruitment)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles concurrently
  • Handle high-volume hiring requirements , particularly for banking operations, customer-facing, and technology support roles
  • Conduct a high volume of candidate outreach and calls daily to:
    • Screen candidates efficiently
    • Drive interview pipelines
    • Maintain strong candidate engagement
    • Balance speed vs quality in candidate selection
• Agency-employed Contract Staffing Operations
  • Support deployment and management of agency-employed contract staff
  • Act as a HR Generalist advisor for contractors:
    • Leave, payroll inputs, engagement, issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with:
    • Singapore MOM regulations
    • Employment Act
    • Client-specific requirements
• Client Engagement & Sales Support
  • Conduct market mapping and industry research to support business development:
    • Hiring demand trends
    • Talent availability
    • Salary benchmarks
  • Support conversion of prospective clients into active recruitment accounts
  • Provide responsive and timely updates to clients, including after office hours when required
• Market Expertise & Industry Immersion
  • Develop working knowledge of:
    • Banking domains (e.g., AML/KYC, retail banking, wealth management)
    • Technology domains (e.g., software development, infrastructure, cloud)
  • Understand and use industry jargon confidently to:
    • Build credibility with candidates
    • Engage effectively with hiring managers
• Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients
  • Provide post-placement support for contractors and clients
  • Ensure consistent communication and follow-through , especially in fast-moving hiring cycles
