Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, management, or related fields with 3–5 years in supervisory/assistant roles.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills able to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in maintenance/engineering environments.
• Proficiency in computer applications and project management/reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in planning, organising, and overseeing daily operational activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Support quality control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyse operational data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and external partners.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management.
• Contribute to training and development by mentoring junior staff.
