Job summary

ST Engineering Land MRO & Services Pte Ltd. is seeking a capable supervisor/assistant manager to oversee daily maintenance operations in Singapore.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project completion and support the implementation of safety protocols and quality controls. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to analyse data for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in maintenance, repair, or engineering service environments.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in maintenance/engineering sectors.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in planning, organizing and overseeing daily operational activities to meet goals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Support implementation of quality control, safety protocols and industry regulations compliance.
• Analyse operational data to identify process improvements and performance gains.
• Coordinate communication between departments, clients and external partners.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management review.
• Contribute to training and development by mentoring junior staff.
