Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management in MRO or related industries.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and manage stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Good understanding of operational best practices, quality management systems, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance and operational effectiveness.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively within a multicultural environment.
• Commitment to upholding safety standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, logistics, and supply chain to align objectives and deliverables.
• Manage resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of manpower and equipment to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans to maintain business continuity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyse performance metrics and generate regular reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational processes, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
