Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the MRO or related industries.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Good understanding of operational best practices, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance and operational effectiveness.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively within a multicultural environment.
