Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee engineering activities to ensure timely, on-scope, within-budget project delivery.
• Develop, review, and validate technical designs, processes, and specifications to meet standards.
• Collaborate with project management, QA and supply chain for alignment and efficiency.
• Apply engineering best practices and innovations to improve reliability and safety.
• Conduct risk assessments with proactive mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies with rigorous documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through lessons learned and process enhancements.
