Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Programme Coordinator to oversee BAU activities across the programme lifecycle and support delivery teams. The role requires strong coordination between project teams and business operations to maintain continuity.

You will monitor performance through dashboards and reports, track milestones, manage issues and escalations, and prepare governance materials. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day BAU activities to ensure operational continuity.
• Act as central point of coordination between project teams and business operations, ensuring BAU priorities, operational requirements, and project activities remain aligned.
• Monitor BAU performance through the preparation and maintenance of operational dashboards, KPI/KRI reports, scorecards, and management reporting.
• Track BAU deliverables, recurring operational activities, and reporting cycles, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established service levels.
• Serve as the first point of contact for BAU operational queries and issues, triaging requests, coordinating with the appropriate workstreams, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain and monitor issue, action, and escalation logs, following up with stakeholders to ensure risks and operational concerns are addressed promptly.
• Support project coordination activities by tracking milestones, action items, dependencies, and deliverables across BAU and project workstreams.
• Prepare meeting materials, document key decisions, maintain project documentation, and provide administrative support for programme governance and operational activities.
• Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and support teams to identify process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and minimize business disruption during programme implementation.
• Support ad hoc operational initiatives, reporting requests, and project activities as assigned by programme leadership.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
