Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable project coordinator to manage and track end-to-end project development, from requirements gathering through implementation, UAT and closure.

You will translate business needs into system configurations and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. The role requires a minimum degree and at least two years of relevant experience, with immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience
• Able to start immediately or within short notice

Responsibilities

• Manage and track end-to-end project development, from requirements gathering and solution configuration through implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT) and project closure.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations, conduct user testing and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines, scope and budget, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including progress, key milestones, risks, issues and recommended solutions.
• Partner with Customer, Marketing and Sales teams to develop and implement customer loyalty programmes aligned with business objectives, including customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Monitor and manage platform issues, business requirements and enhancement requests, coordinating with relevant teams to drive timely resolution and implementation.
• Analyse the effectiveness of customer loyalty programmes and recommend strategies and improvements to enhance programme performance and customer engagement.
• Work closely with Customer Service teams to resolve customer and operational issues promptly, identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
• Analyse customer feedback, behavioural data and programme performance to identify trends, pain points and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Prepare relevant project, operational and performance reports to support management decision-making and programme optimisation.
• Provide support on administrative, operational and ad-hoc activities as required.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
