Job summary

MNC Bank in Singapore is seeking a BAU & Operations Support Analyst to join a large-scale business transformation programme. This contract role focuses on keeping business-as-usual operations running smoothly while supporting project initiatives, reporting, and governance.

You will collaborate with programme leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver timely updates and issue resolutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations/PMO/BAU roles.
• Experience in BAU operations and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage recurring BAU activities, ensuring operational processes run effectively alongside ongoing programme delivery.
• Produce and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, KPI/KRI trackers, and management reports.
• Support workstream leads and project managers with regular status updates, reporting packs, and governance activities.
• Act as a central point of contact for operational issues, ensuring timely triage, tracking, escalation, and resolution.
• Facilitate communication across multiple stakeholder groups and help drive actions to completion.
• Monitor operational risks, dependencies, and outstanding actions to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation, issue logs, and reporting records to support programme governance.
