Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive project support professional to assist with setup and delivery for client engagements, drafting agendas, minutes, plans and timelines, and coordinating multiple workstreams.

You will analyze data using Excel and Power BI to generate insights for leadership, track scope and deadlines, support billing coordination, and help roll out new technologies and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating projects and client engagements.
• Ability to draft agendas, meeting minutes, project plans and timelines.
• Analytical skills using Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support project setup and delivery for ongoing client engagements, drafting agendas, meeting minutes, project plans and timelines.
• Track scope, deadlines, workstreams and fees; assist with billing coordination.
• Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned on progress.
• Support rollout and adoption of new operational technologies/tools.
• Own and coordinate smaller projects end-to-end.
• Analyze data using Excel and Power BI to generate insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to ad hoc strategic initiatives as needed.
