Job summary

SG Enable is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations Planning to drive the planning and operationalisation of MSF funded disability programmes and schemes. You will coordinate with stakeholders to translate policies into actionable guidelines and design processes that enable timely, effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; 2–3 years in operations policy or healthcare preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with ability to influence and partner.
• Proven project management skills: SOPs, monitoring outcomes, driving improvements.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of tight timelines.
• Organised, meticulous, able to manage multiple priorities; growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and operationalise MSF funded disability programmes and schemes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate policies into operational guidelines.
• Review service models and standards with MSF and other divisions to refine processes.
• Ensure smooth implementation of services with MSF and SGE.
• Develop SOPs and manuals for knowledge management; support manpower planning.
