Overall Job Responsibility
As part of the Service Coordination and Management Division, you will work with various Social Service Agencies (SSAs) and Government agencies to oversee and manage different disability programmes and services, to ensure that they continue to support and meet the needs of persons with disabilities and their caregivers.
The Service Management team in the Division service manages and supports Government-funded residential and centre-based disability services to meet service standards. Your key job scope will be to oversee the smooth operations and delivery of the services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Service Management
- Support MSF-funded disability programmes and assist service providers in meeting KPIs and Service Standard Requirements (SSR).
- Work with service providers on incident reporting and management, maintain SOPs and programme documentation and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver quality services.
- Assist with annual audits and compliance reviews for disability programmes.
- Support improvement plans with service providers.
- Manage documentation for funding renewals.
- Administrative Support and Coordination
- Provide secretariat support, participate in workgroups or inter-agencies initiatives.
- Support preparation of materials for briefings and stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare submissions for approval.
- Support data requests, reporting and monitoring.
- Other administrative tasks to support organisational priorities.
Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience
- A diploma or degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in social service sector or account servicing will be preferred.
- Fresh university graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with use of MS Office applications such as MS-Word and MS-Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels confidently.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Able to work independently and cope in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed-oriented, diligent and able to manage competing tasks efficiently.
- Team-player.
