Job summary

Qualifications

At least two years of experience in the Singapore Public Service.
Ability to synthesise complex information from multiple sources.
Adaptability and resilience in managing multiple priorities and engaging senior management.
Self-directed, with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in strategic planning or policy work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Work closely with agencies on regulatory effectiveness among social domain agencies.
Lead initiatives including capability development for regulatory officers as Secretariat of Social Domain Rules Review Committee.
Work closely with policy and operational divisions to update and review MSF’s ERM framework and strengthen ERM processes.
Manage the strategic planning process in MSF in collaboration with policy divisions to advance MSF’s priorities and government objectives.
